What’s the minimum order?
12 bags. Orders below that are subject to cancellation, and we ask for a 2-week lead time once your order and artwork are confirmed.
Can you put our logo on the bags?
Yes. Check “Add Custom Logo Branding (+$50 flat fee)” on the order page and upload your logo before adding to cart. The $50 fee applies once per order, not per bag. We accept PNG or SVG files at 300 dpi.
How much can I save on a bigger order?
Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout: 24+ bags is 20% off, 48+ is 30% off, 96+ is 40% off, and 144+ is 50% off.
Can I return a custom-labeled order?
No, custom label items are final sale and non-refundable, so please double-check quantities and artwork before ordering.
How fresh is the coffee?
Our 8 and 12 oz bags are roasted in small batches and have a 3-month shelf life from the roast date.
What occasions is this good for?
Corporate events, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions, anywhere you’d want a thoughtful, locally roasted favor or gift.
Does my order do anything beyond my event?
Yes, every bag purchased helps provide a meal to someone in our community through our partnership with 2nd Harvest Food Bank. 1 bag = 1 meal.
