Spicy Chai Concentrate

Our Spicy chai is the same hand-ground blend as our Original, with an extra kick of cayenne. Fresh ginger and orange rind meet warm notes of cardamom, star anise, clove and black pepper. We skip the honey (doing our part to save the bees) and sweeten the mix with a magical blend of vanilla, pure cane sugar and molasses.

In the pot: fresh ginger, orange rind, vanilla, cardamom, allspice, cinnamon, cayenne (extra), black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, star anise.

The 1:1 ritual: Mix equal parts chai and milk or milk alternative. Steam, heat or pour over ice. A 16 oz bottle makes four 8 oz lattes.
